Covering 6600 m² on four levels, facilities include 37 cabins, most with sea views, state of the arts fitness centres, beauty and hair salons, spa boutique and health restaurant. The Monte Carlo Spa Resort aims to restore harmony, balance and well being, using high tech and traditional therapies. The spa menu includes packages and day treatments with direct access from some of the top hotels.

Beauty Treatment and Luxury Skincare

The popular Keraskin Esthetics ritual has a range of options such as four seasons cleansing or Neojeunesse to restore a youthful look. There’s also a floral peeling, detailed care for smooth radiant skin and wrinkle treatment.

Gentle fasciatherapy works to relieve pain and stress while the unique de Bastien pedicure aims for beauty, health and well being all in one. La Prairie has programmes for men and women, including a luxurious facial toning with caviar. Kerastase and Kerathermy rituals are available in the Hair Salon.

Health and Beauty, Sea Water Therapy

Sea water therapy comes as a day program or longer packages. Combo proposes body peel with Dead Sea salts and hydro massage in seawater bath while Discoveries combine sea treatments such as mud wrap, bath with seaweed and massage under sea water spray. The Wellness option promises the best of the sea, Zen style, with two marine treatments followed by a one hour massage.

Cocooning, Harmony and Monte Carlo Marine offer a combination of treatments plus use of the sea water pool, gym, sauna, hammam and aqua fitness centre.

The Sea Luxury Combo ends with an application of Caviar Luxe body cream but top of the Combo health and beauty range must be the Monte Carlo Diamond, using rejuvenating oils and diamond powder.

Massage and Relaxation

Clients have a choice of traditional or signature massage. Ayurvedic, Thai and Shiatsu are available as well as reflexology and specials before or after sports.

The 60 minute Monte Carlo massage combines oriental and western techniques to apply localised pressure. The Monte Carlo sur mesure is a tailor made option addressing personal preferences or needs, gentle or invigorating.

There’s an Affusion four hand massage with shea butter, for anti stress, anti ageing or slimming, and a Monte Carlo Star to relax scalp, hands and feet.

The aqua and cardio fitness centres complement health and beauty treatments at the prestigious Monte Carlo Spa.
